Sandra Roycroft-Davis is a Harley Street weight loss and behavioural change specialist, and award winning creator of the clinically proven and medically endorsed Slimpod programme.

She has a deep personal connection to weight issues, having been bullied as a teenager and nicknamed “Miss Piggy” at school. These experiences drove her to develop a groundbreaking approach to sustainable weight loss that has since been used by almost 350,000 people worldwide.
